Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Appointment Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect the time reserved for you and other clients. In this case, 50% of your session fee will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be applied as a credit toward your next appointment. If payment was not collected at the time of booking and you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, future appointments will require prepayment.
